Carol E. Dickinson - Office Manager
Carol joined SRC as office manager in June of 1994. Previously, Carol
had worked at First Federal Savings & Loan in Pottstown for three years.
Carol married Sam Dickinson in 1968 and later operated a family day
care home for 18 years while raising four children - Melissa, Bradley, Jason
and Adam. Carol & Sam now also have three grandchildren - Jordan,
Emily and Taylor.

David Hallman  

David is the SRC Administrator/Vice- President. He joined full-time as Administrator in January of 2005 and has served on the Board since the company's inception. He graduated from Lansdale School of Business in 1988. Previously, David worked in the financial field at the Vanguard Group for 11 years and was self-employed for 3 years. He is married to Sharon (Renninger) Hallman and has two sons, Austin and Micah.

 

Mary Beth Hallman

After living in California for several years, Mary Beth returned to Pennsylvania and started working part-time for the SRC office in May 2003. She enjoys working in the office with all the "great" staff members. Over the years, she has been involved in nursing care through hospitals, nursing homes, and private-duty. She also assists with childcare. She is married to Jim Hallman and has two children, Jill and Michael, along with 7 grandchildren.

Ruth Anne Clemens - SRC Office & Resident Assistant
Ruth Anne began working part-time for SRC in June of 1995. Prior
to that she was an administrative assistant at Chapel Christian Academy
in Limerick since 1974. Ruth Anne is married to Larry Clemens, they
have three married sons - Byron, Greg & Todd, and seven grandchildren.

Gordon Renninger - SRC Maintenance Supervisor

A graduate of Boyertown High School, Gordon worked in maintenance
with the Girls Scouts of Greater Philadelphia prior to working as an electrician's
helper with Keen Electric. Starting in 1990, Gordon came to the Pottstown
Youth Centre as a part-time employee and became a full-time employee with
SRC as maintenance supervisor. Gordon is married to Michele (Schaeffer)
Renninger (since 1982) and has two daughters, Stephanie and Kimberlee.

J. Wilmer "Wil" Hallman
Founder / President and developer of Sanatoga Ridge Community
A 1962 graduate of Temple University, Wil worked in architecture at
Sanders & Thomas for 8 years. In 1970, Wil came to work full-time
with the Pottstown Youth Centre, Inc.. Today, Wil serves as PYC's
director and president. Additionally, Wil is a founder of West-Mont
Christian Academy and continues to serve on their board of directors.
Wil is married to Lynne C.(Klink) Hallman (since 1963) and has one
son, David, who is the SRC Administrator.

Lucy Alexander - SRC Office
Lucy began working part-time in the SRC office beginning in March of 1998.
She has been a resident at SRC for five years and could not imagine living
anywhere else. She enjoys showing our sample units to prospective residents
and is happy to explain all the benefits that SRC has to offer.
